DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged or defective items should be reported to Chic Afrique within 7 business days of receipt of the package by emailing us at info@ChicAfrique.com. Please do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so. A store credit or replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible. Chic Afrique can not be held responsible for product damage due to inclement weather as a result of the customer not retrieving package immediately upon delivery.

MISSING ITEMS

While we try to be as accurate as possible when fulfilling orders, we may occasionally make a mistake. If items are missing from your order, please notify us via email at info@ChicAfrique.com within 7 business days of receipt of your package. Chic Afrique will either issue a store credit or ship the correct item(s). Chic Afrique can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once an item has left our store.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please contact us via email at info@ChicAfrique.com. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if your order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation and you will be responsible for the merchandise and all credit card charges. 

HANDMADE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS

We guarantee the quality and individuality of all our products.  However, as a result of the handcrafted nature of all our items, many products may vary slightly in color, pattern and/or size.  No two items are identical and patterns may vary slightly from images shown on the website.
