Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped via USPS Standard Ground Shipping within the U.S. excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and are sent via the U.S. Postal Service. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a home or business address for shipping. Orders typically take 5-7 business days to arrive once they have left our store. For expedited shipping or for orders outside the continental U.S. please contact us at info@ChicAfrique.com so we can make shipping arrangements. Additional shipping charges will apply for international shipments and deliveries going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. All orders will be processed within 48 hours of purchase. We charge a flat shipping rate of $7.95 on all orders less than $150.00. All orders over $150.00 will receive free shipping.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chic Afrique purchase. However, at this time we are not fulfilling refunds and will only be offering equal value exchanges or online store credit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@ChicAfrique.com and let us know what product you'd like in exchange or if you'd prefer a store credit toward a future purchase. To receive an exchange or store credit, all items must be returned to Chic Afrique within 21 days of purchase and must be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation. All items must be in original condition or they will be non-exchangeable and not eligible for store credits. We encourage you to obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for exchanges and store credits are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that we are unable to exchange or give store credit for earrings due to hygiene purposes.
